Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google, Apple, or GitHub OAuth, we receive your profile information from those services.

Meeting Recordings: Audio and video recordings you create through our Chrome extension or desktop application are uploaded to our servers for transcription and analysis.

Transcripts and Analysis: We generate and store transcripts, AI analysis results, meeting notes, and other artifacts derived from your recordings.

Integration Data: When you connect third-party services (Slack, Jira, Trello, ClickUp, GitHub, Telegram, Google Drive), we access data necessary to provide integration features, as authorized by you.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including features used, pages visited, and performance metrics.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Transcribe and analyze your meeting recordings
  • Generate meeting notes, summaries, technical specifications, and other artifacts
  • Deliver tasks and results to your connected integrations
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send service-related communications
  • Detect and prevent fraud and abuse

3. AI Processing

Your meeting recordings and transcripts are processed by AI models (including OpenAI Whisper for transcription and various language models for analysis) to provide our core features. We do not use your data to train AI models. Your content is processed solely to deliver the Service to you.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate (cloud hosting, payment processing via Stripe, AI processing providers)
  • Integrations: Third-party tools you explicitly connect (Slack, Jira, etc.) — only data you authorize
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority
  • Organization Members: Other members of your organization, based on role-based access controls

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including:

  • HTTPS/WSS encryption for all data in transit
  • Encrypted storage for sensitive data
  • Role-based access controls at organization and project levels
  • JWT-based authentication with automatic token refresh
  • Session management with ability to revoke access

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your recordings, projects, and account at any time. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

  • Access and receive a copy of your personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate personal data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Object to or restrict processing of your data
  • Data portability
